Welcome to Kolikoko ("App", "we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information of users ("you" or "user") of the Kolikoko mobile application.

2.1 Information You Provide

When you register or use the App, we may collect:

4.3 Google AdMob

You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy > Advertising; Android: Settings > Google > Ads).

4.4 Stripe

5. Children's Privacy

Kolikoko is available to users of all ages, including children under the age of 13. We take children's privacy seriously and comply with applicable laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Specifically:

We do not knowingly collect more personal data from children than is necessary to provide the App's core functionality.
We do not use children's data for targeted or behavioral advertising.
Personalized ads via AdMob are disabled for users identified as children.

6. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Serbia, including the United States (Google, Stripe). These countries may have different data protection laws than Serbia.

Where required, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission or equivalent mechanisms.

12. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the App settings or by sending a request to severshard@gmail.com. Upon deletion:

Your profile and associated personal data will be permanently removed
Photos you have uploaded will be deleted from our servers
Anonymized analytics data may be retained for aggregate reporting

13. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

As a mobile application, Kolikoko does not use browser cookies. However, we and our partners use similar technologies such as:

Mobile advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android)
Firebase SDK tracking tokens
Analytics event tracking

You can reset or limit the use of advertising identifiers through your device settings.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this document and notify you through the App or via email.

We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
